Tips elakkan perut buncit

Assalamualaikum...

sape suka perut buncit??? me??? of course la tak kan....


ni ada cara nak elakkan perut buncit...

1) Tidak mandi atau baring sejurus selepas makan. Ia boleh menyebabkan pengumpulan kalori berlebihan di bahagian perut.

2) Sebaik-baiknya makan malam awal dan mempunyai sekurang-kurang nya 4 jam sebelum korang masuk tido.

tapi, kalo dah ade perut yg buncit...makanya...kena lah ikut cara rozita che wan...

sit up 400 kali sehari....ade brani????
