On 2nd March 2010...sye dh mulakan xtvt bersenam di gim...tujuan pegi ke gim adalah utk kembali ke bentuk bdn yg dlu...n at the same time, nk kuruskan bdn...hohohoho...hopefully dpt la turunkan skit berat n dpt shapekan bdn b4 the big day...bkn ape, sye nk la nmpk cantik ms ari kawin nnt...

kalo ikutkan, tak bagus jgak kalo kita nk bersenam juz utk kuruskan bdn b4 kawin...sbb bile kita wat target camtu, lepas kawin, msti dh mls nk pegi...mula2 mmg dh pasang niat utk kuruskan bdn sbb nk kawin...tp setelah kena sound setempek oleh one of the people yg jg gim tu...maka nye, i've change my mind and my objective...to be fresh and healthy...

sometimes, sye rndu nk dpt kan bdn ms zaman2 skola, where mase tu sgt aktif ngan taekwondo...miss dat moment so much...time tu bdn mmg sehat and fit...mkn byk pn takde kesan pape sbb t'lalu aktif...lepas msk diploma, xtvt tu terhenti begitu saja...bkn tak mo smbg, tp byk sgt procedure nk kena buat...so terpaksa la lupakan xtvt kesukaan ku itu...huhuhu...

dh hampir 8thn aku berehat dr aktif, so utk thn 2010 ni, aku nk kembali aktif n berharap aku akan sentiasa aktif...hehehe...tak mo hangat2 tahi ayam je... :D

ingatlah selalu...without healthy body, we can't hv healthy mind...n alwiz live in stress life...
